we process data to deliver the app, secure the service, handle legal obligations, and provide optional features you enable

GDPR legal bases may include Art 6(1)(b) contract, Art 6(1)(f) legitimate interests, Art 6(1)(c) legal obligation, and Art 6(1)(a) consent where applicable

storage and sharing

memory data is primarily on-device and may sync to your private iCloud scope when enabled

shared links expose only the memory item selected by the user who created the link

we do not sell personal data and do not use memory content for advertising targeting

processors and transfers

data may be processed by providers needed for hosting, share delivery, and platform services such as Apple and Cloudflare

where processing involves transfers outside the EEA, we apply appropriate safeguards where legally required

retention

we retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, security, compliance, and legitimate operational requirements
